Sweeping views from West Seattle home. Located in the Admiral District. 2-minute drive to Alki Beach and restaurants. 6 minute drive to downtown Seattle. 5-minute walk to Beach Drive.
Awesome 5 bedrooms, 3 bath home. Professionally landscaped yard. 3 view decks. Jacuzzi. Sauna. Great for entertaining.
We DO NOT rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age regardless of an accompanying adult, guardian or parent. No exceptions. We DO NOT rent for parties of any kind.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We only accept credit cards: MasterCard, Visa or American Express.

- A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required.
- A reservation deposit of 15% of the total rental (rate + tax + cleaning fee) is required.
- The non-refundable cleaning fee is $200 and is required.
-The 15% reservation deposit and the $500 damage deposit must be received within two (2) days of booking the reservation.
The damage deposit is not applied toward rent, however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided certain provisions outlined in the contract are met.
- 50% of the remaining rental rate is required 60 days before arrival
- Balance due 14 days prior to arrival
- All rates are subject to 9.0% sales tax (fortunately, we do not have to charge the additional room tax required by hotels)
- Only Credit Cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard or Amex - Cancellations– A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. However, there is a $50 transaction fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. However, the damage deposit is fully refundable when canceling but a $50 transaction fee will be applied.
