Description of the Boulder vacation house rental
5 Star Guest Suite in Historic Boulder home, 4 doors down from the 'Mork & Mindy house' You will be right in the heart of the historic district, and be able to walk & bike to everything. CU is right up the street.
The guest suite is very private and completely furnished in 5 star luxury. (900 sq. ft ) Very well appointed. It was architecturally designed and built in 2007. The home was built in 1900, and renovated and restored 4 years ago. I am only the 4th owner in 108 years. This is Boulder at it's best.
Venetian plaster. Reclaimed 150 year old floors. 2 fireplaces. Built in desk area with great storage. Private entrance & killer bathroom. Great Kitchenette. Sub-zero refrigerator & freezer. Microwave oven. Sink & Wine cooler. All dishes & glassware. Front loading washer & dryer. Huge closet. The space would be perfect for a visiting professor or athlete. - We have had guests compare this bathroom to the Four Seasons in NYC (SIC) It has Venetian stone throughout. The shower is amazing. The antique vanity is fully furnished with every possible amenity. Luxurious robes, soaps, conditioners ; hair dryer. Great towels.
