LOCATION,LOCATIONLOCATION is the seller for this rental unit on Saint Simons Island . Walk to the fishing pier,walk to the village, a few steps will get you to the beach. One block from great dining, nightlife, shopping, the library, Lighthouse, and brand new community pool. Great golf in the area and bountiful historical sites. Owner can arrange for charter fishing, aid with tee times, stock unit before arrival with any ammenities you require, assist you with local restaurant ideas and reservations ,kyak outtings , day trips, and can arrange for airport pickup if necessary. Please reply for any other information we can provide. Did I mention this is the cheapest renatl you'll find in the area.

This is definitely one of the most desireable locations on the Island, just steps from restaurants & bars. Great for someone who doesn't have a car or doesn't want to use one. Plenty of walking places; near the pier, beach and neighborhoods. Roomy place, with some yard & on a dead end street for kids. The decor is dated and the kitchen/bath are as well, but you can't beat it for the price.
