Description of the Kailua Kona vacation townhome rental
Relax in luxury at our beautiful, direct oceanfront 1 bdrm/2 bath fully equipped condo. Enjoy the unobstructed view of the Pacific from your spacious, private lanai 20 feet from the waters edge or from the sitting area of your lovely master suite upstairs. Feel the gentle ocean breezes caress you while listening to the lulling sounds of the ocean waves or delight in a tropical drink or glass of wine while you enjoy each and every sunset from your private retreat.
This luxury town home used to have 2 bedrooms until owners created a fabulous master suite for our lucky guests to enjoy. And there's a sectional sofa-bed downstairs for any extra guests.
You can lounge on your own yard, or next to our divine pool or take in a game of tennis between all the other fun activities. Our location is convenient to everything! The best snorkeling beach in Kona - Kahalu'u Beach Park is only 1/4 mile away and stores, restaurants, theatres, golf course and Keauhou Bay are all within 1/2 to 1 mile.

This lovely oceanfront townhouse is located in the Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club. It is one of the select units that 'enjoys' both an ocean and cove view. The complex pool and tennis courts are only 100 yards away as well.
We also three oceanfront listings (HomeAway) at this complex. It's 17 acres for tropical delight. If one unit is booked during your travel dates we'll try to honor you at another one of our lovely units. And, when our previous guests come back to Hawaii - they come back to us!
