Large 3 story split level, very spacious house situated on a hill close to the beach with panoramic views over looking the Playa Tamarindo and Playa Grande beaches of Costa Rica. This beautiful home has all granite counter tops through out the home. 1st level has 2 bdrms, 1 bathroom, 1 laundry room, full kitchen, living room and sleeps 6. Private drive gated and very secure. Top 2 levels: 3 large bdrms, 4 bathrooms. Master bedroom and bath top floor with large patio and outside shower, 1 laundry room, full large kitchen with stainless appliances, large bar, accordion doors that open up to a large patio and infinity pool for watching breath taking sunset views while listening to howler monkeys and toucans in the distance. Private gated drive and courtyard entry that is very secure.

Howler monkeys, crocodiles, and toucans to name a few. Pura Vida is the local lingo for Costa Rica meaning Pure Life.

surfing: There is world class surfing just below the house. When you wake up in the morning you can determine the size of surf for the day or plan another adventure.

Fishing: There is world class fishing just below the house in Tamarindo bay where you can rent a boat and go fishing for the day. You can be fishing for Yellow fin tuna, Grouper, Striped, Blue and Black Marlin, Wahoo, Durado, and Sail Fish in just a matter of minutes from the house.

Diving: There are many coves in Costa Rica for fantastic snorkeling or diving. The waters are very fertile of all kinds of sea life. The water visibility is usually nothing less than 20ft. The temperatures of the water are very kind for a long day in the water. I have seen temperatures up to 96 degrees F in the summers and not much cooler than 75 F in the rainy season.

Casa de los Suenos exceeded our expectations! It is an extremely comfortable home. It is the perfect distance from the beach and town, and has one of the most spectacular views of the beach. We will definitely be returning to Tamarindo, a beautiful beach haven, and highly recommend renting this luxurious home!

Casa de los Suenos - Absolutely Beautiful

This was my first trip to Costa Rica and I was initially worried about where to stay and what the lodging would be like, however, when we arrived at Casa de los Suenos all my worries were put to rest. This house is everything the description reads, a precise depiction of the images provided, and an absolute delight to stay in!! Within 10 minutes walking of town and beaches, A/C rooms to escape the outside heat, yards away from the natural wildlife (monkeys, toucans, iguanas), and an absolutely breathtaking view!! We enjoyed many afternoons sipping cervezas in the infinity pool and watching the beach goers. The owners were very kind & easy to work with, providing everything from directions, restaurant suggestions, local hangouts, and anything else we needed. The property is beautifully maintained and we always felt safe! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Tamarindo and I would defintely stay again, it's better than any hotel!! In the words of the locals, Pura Vida!!
