Boating, swimming, fishing, walking or riding bikes on the many trails at the lakes, or just sitting on the deck relaxing and enjoying the warm breeze blowing, as you watch the sunset over the lake at the covered deck. From the deck you can watch the lake, the pool and the sandy beach. Can you imagine watching the kids and the lake from the deck?! If it gets too tranquil for you, there is always shopping, restaurants, movies, shows, parties at the lake; have you heard of Party Cove? So, start planning now.
We also offer high speed cable modem internet. Now you will even be able to sit at the lake and remain connected, how great is that? And, if for any reason you don’t want to stay connected and answer to those boring emails, well just tell folks that you were so busy enjoying life that you didn’t have time for less important things.

The Ledges offers two pools, one at the end of the complex overlooking the main channel, the other pool is across the sandy beach, both in front of the condo. And to add to the security at the Ledges, a security guard is on the premises.
The master bedroom is a well appointed master suite with a very nice bath with a double vanity area. It has a queen-size bed with all coverings + pillows, a nice chest, a table with TV, ceiling fan and much more.
The second bedroom is nicely decorated, has two very comfortable twin beds, nice dresser with tv, a ceiling fan and a full bath just around the corner.
The dinning area is a plus with our lovely and modern table with 5 futuristic chairs that create added space for meals or for playing games. For those quick meals you will find the bar area and the two bar stools very convenient.
The kitchen offers all new appliances including a full dishwasher, radio, coffee maker, blender, toaster, faucet water filter; steak knifes for that special BBQ at the lake and is fully-equipped for all your cooking needs including flatware and cookware. But, if you prefer, enjoy cooking on the grill at the deck as you watch the lake, the sunset or the kids at the pool. The nights are very comfortable, so sit back and enjoy the beautiful sunsets along with the ceiling fan for a cool breeze if it is too hot.
The condo offers a washer and dryer for extra comfort. For times when you are not out enjoying the beauty of the Lake - enjoy what the living room offers. We have a beautiful gas fireplace, cable TV, DVD/VCR player, high speed modem (NOT WIRELESS), ceiling fan, chair, sofa table, end table and a NEW sofa sleeper with extra thick mattress for any extra guests or for the kids.
THE DECK! Here, you will forget life worries. The deck is covered and has a table with 6 chairs, grill, and a ceiling fan to move the nice breeze from lake. The views from our deck are so beautiful that you will not even notice our condo is 2nd tier.
