The kitchen has all new appliances, and a washer and dryer are included. Explore all of the beauty of Southern Maine from this charming home, appropriately titled in 1920 as 'Cozy Cottage.' All cookware, towels, 2 bikes for your use. This is a lovely compound from a bye-gone era. Once the home of the well known legislator Martha Fuller Brown. It is furnished with new furniture, mattresses, linens and a fully equipped kitchen. You won't be disappointed! Available for weekend rentals through the winter.
