This 1920's shingle style cottage is located in York Harbor, just steps from the waters edge. It has recently undergone an extensive restoration with careful consideration to its history. It is a 5 minute walk to the lovely York Harbor beach, dining and entertainment. Enjoy the views of the York River and the beautiful sunsets over the water. The kitchen has all new appliances, and a washer and dryer are included. Explore all of the beauty of Southern Maine from this charming home, appropriately titled in 1920 as 'Cozy Cottage.' All cookware, towels and 2 bikes for your use. This is a lovely compound from a bye-gone era. It is furnished with new furniture, mattresses, linens and a fully equipped kitchen. You won't be disappointed! Outdoor patio, grill and outdoor shower. Available for weekend rentals or seasonal rental through the winter. We have lived in York Harbor since 1985. We both work here as well. We personally manage and maintain the cottage. We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible

Why Bobbie Gray chose York Harbor

No houses in this area have been sold in the past 60 years. We fell in love with this house even though it required extensive renovation. The location is perfect and serene. We hope to live in this house someday.

What makes this cottage unique

This is a charming 1920's cottage that was home to a family of 6 for over 60 years. We are only the 3rd owners. It is a simple, unpretentious house that immediately makes you feel comfortable being there.
