Hike or bike to the beach at Reid State Park. A well-marked trail is on the opposite side of the main road from the driveway. Enjoy the natural beauty of the Island on the many hiking trails including an Audubon sanctuary.
Children will enjoy the tidal pools at Reid State Park where the water is warmer and calm. The waxing and waning of the tides creates different characters both at the beach and along the rocks that mark the coast.
