This wonderful 111 year old home is located right in the heart of Downtown Traverse City on Tenth Street. It offers all the luxuries you would want in your own home. All furnishings and carpet are brand new. Enjoy the quaint front porch with cool drink in the summer or sit on the spacious back deck while your children play in the fenced backyard. Take a walk to local parks or the beach or one of the many fabulous restaurants. Enjoy an afternoon Boutique shopping or see a production at the Old Town Playhouse or The Traverse City Opera House, again in walking distance. Twenty-six miles of Biking Trails as well as endless opportunities for outdoor entertainment. Take a drive up the Old Mission Peninsula for a picnic at the Lighthouse or to one of the many wonderful wineries. Casinos are within 30 minutes as well as a variety of options for Skiing. Close to Crystal Mountain, Shanty Creek, or Homestead. Interlochen within 30 minutes as well.

We had 7 people staying in this home for 4 nights and all of us couldn't be happier. The house is beautiful and modern with amazing attention to detail. The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable and clean. There was plenty of seating, a big dinning room table, lots of dishes, glassware and silverware, a spacious kitchen and bathrooms. The location is great and the owners are very nice and a pleasure to deal with :)

We went skiing at Crystal Mountain and that was a blast!

One of the best places we have stayed and we would definitely stay here again if in Traverse City! Thank you!
