WaterPointe II is known as the All Seasons Resort due to its attractive amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub, an ocean-front outdoor pool surrounded by a spacious deck and a very large ocean-front sun deck. The property is well-maintained and attractive, and the views of the ocean and the strand are spectacular in both directions from our 7th floor condo! It’s also quiet enough on this stretch of beach for you to hear the waves at night while you sleep. Ahhhh! Our condo is thoroughly cleaned after every rental and fresh linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. We are continually updating our unit for you, our customers - our guests tell us that it is exceptionally well-equipped with all the comforts of home! We have recently purchased a new sleeper sofa, replaced carpet and floor, and completely remodeled the kitchen area in 2012! It is important to note that you are renting directly from the owner of the property - this is our personal vacation home!

A little bit more about our place...: Welcome to our home away from home!

Our comfortable oceanfront condo has everything you will need for a relaxing vacation! It is thoroughly cleaned after every rental and fresh linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Please note that ours is a non-smoking unit. We are continually updating our condo for your comfort and welcome suggestions from you, our tenants, on ways to make your stay even better the next time you visit! If you have a larger group, please note that we have access to two other units at WaterPointe II (friends of ours who also rent their own condos)! If all units are available, we could accommodate a group of 18 people!

All units are advertised separately on HomeAway - please contact us for additional information.

We hope that you enjoy staying in our condo as much as we do! Our goal is for you to want to return year after year (and for you to tell your friends about us!)

Rules and restrictions...: Please note that trailers, motorcycles and RV's are not allowed on the property of WaterPointe II, by order of the Homeowners Association. We only rent to families and responsible adults over the age of 25 --- no house parties! We do not allow smoking or pets in our condo. We sincerely appreciate your respect of these rules and restrictions! Thank you!

The WaterPointe II resort is located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, a 2-mile stretch of beach where you will find medians with palm trees and a more “residential feel” than other sections of Myrtle Beach. We are very near several major attractions in the area (Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets on Hwy. 17, restaurant row) and also have easy access to the major roads leading to Coastal Grand mall and Broadway at the Beach. We are located halfway between Calabash and downtown Myrtle Beach --- so, we are truly central to all of the most popular activities the Grand Strand has to offer! And the best part is... you are renting from the owner of the property --- not through an agency or property manager!

Tax Rate 12.0%

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • * Weekly rates from $600 - $1590 including linens and departure cleaning. $200 security deposit.

    * Stays of 6 nights or more include linens and departure cleaning; for stays of 5 nights or less, add $100 + tax. Nightly rates available off-season and with a two-week advance in the 'shoulder' season. Monthly winter rates available.

    For weekly stays, deposit of 50% including tax required within 7 days. Balance plus $200 security deposit required one month in advance. If less than one month prior to arrival, full payment due within 7 days.

    For stays of 5 nights or less, full payment plus $100 linens/cleaning fee (+ tax) and $200 security deposit required within 7 days.
  • Check-in 4:00 p.m.; Check-out 10:00 a.m.

    Signed Reservation/Rental Agreement required; you will receive written confirmation. Keys, parking permit and complete instructions will be mailed 2 weeks prior to arrival.

    You may cancel with complete refund except for $50 cancellation fee until 2 months prior to arrival. After then, refund will be made only if unit can be rented.

    PLEASE NOTE: No trailers, motorcycles or RVs are allowed on the property. We rent to families and responsible adults only - no house parties. No pets and no smoking, please! We genuinely appreciate your respect of the property and our home!

Fabulous Condo and Summer Vacation Oasis

We just returned from our Summer vacation and Condo #702 at the Waterpointe 2 continues to be spectacular. Our return stay had us enjoying many of the improvements that have been made in the Condo along with the seconds that it takes to reach the Atlantic ocean. The unit is situated so that all of the nearby attractions and dining are a short drive away.

The Customer Satisfaction from Diane results in a A+ rating and one that my family appreciates and hopes to continue to enjoy for many years to come. This rating is the result of the quick response to any of our questions along with Diane's follow up to ensure everything is to our liking.

Thanks for another great summer vacation in 702.

We have been staying at #702 Waterpoint II for Many Years now, and we will never go anywhere else. We come every summer for 2 weeks and just love it. Diane is wonderful to work with, via email and on the phone and is always there whenever you need her. The condo is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need and want to have, and if I could we would move in permanently tomorrow. All of the recent upgrades are just beautiful The pools are great and kept up very well. The staff on site are very friendly and always a pleasure to talk to. Having the beach out your back door is a big plus too. We will see you next July and every July from now until, we someday buy our own condo in Waterpoint II.

A large group of us recently stayed in the Waterpointe ll building (about 11 different families in all). Throughout the week, people would naturally like to see what everybody else's place looked like and it was clear that this place was the best one- by far! Another Great Myrtle Beach Vacation!

This was our third vacation at Waterpointe II Unit #702. It was another memorable month long holiday. We have always found the unit to be clean, very well equipped and tastefully updated. It has a comfortable "homey" feel! The secure building is well maintained both inside and out. This includes the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub and exercise room. We have appreciated Diane's friendly, efficient and professional service and look forward to future visits.
