WaterPointe II is known as the All Seasons Resort due to its attractive amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub, an ocean-front outdoor pool surrounded by a spacious deck and a very large ocean-front sun deck. The property is well-maintained and attractive, and the views of the ocean and the strand are spectacular in both directions from our 7th floor condo! It’s also quiet enough on this stretch of beach for you to hear the waves at night while you sleep. Ahhhh! Our condo is thoroughly cleaned after every rental and fresh linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. We are continually updating our unit for you, our customers - our tenants tell us that it is well-equipped with all the comforts of home! Within the past year, we have installed a new glass top stove, a new refrigerator and a new flat screen TV! We have also replaced the floor and carpet throughout the condo!

The WaterPointe II resort is located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, a 2-mile stretch of beach where you will find medians with palm trees and a more “residential feel” than other sections of Myrtle Beach. We are very near several major attractions in the area (Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets on Hwy. 17, restaurant row) and also have easy access to the major roads leading to Coastal Grand mall and Broadway at the Beach. We are located halfway between Calabash and downtown Myrtle Beach --- so, we are truly central to all of the most popular activities the Grand Strand has to offer!

Additional information about rental rates

  • * Weekly rates from $550 - $1550 including linens and departure cleaning. $200 security deposit.

    * Stays of 6 nights or more include linens and departure cleaning; for stays of 5 nights or less, add $85 + tax. Nightly rates available off-season and with a two-week advance in the 'shoulder' season. Monthly winter rates available.

    For weekly stays, deposit of 50% including tax required within 7 days. Balance plus $200 security deposit required one month in advance. If less than one month prior to arrival, full payment due within 7 days.

    For stays of 5 nights or less, full payment plus $85 linens/cleaning fee (+ tax) and $200 security deposit required within 7 days.
  • Check-in 4:00 p.m.; Check-out 10:00 a.m.

    Signed Reservation/Rental Agreement required; you will receive written confirmation. Keys, parking permit and complete instructions will be mailed 2 weeks prior to arrival.

    You may cancel with complete refund except for $50 cancellation fee until 2 months prior to arrival. After then, refund will be made only if unit can be rented.

    PLEASE NOTE: No trailers, motorcycles or RVs are allowed on the property. We rent to families and responsible adults only - no house parties. No pets and no smoking, please! We genuinely appreciate your respect of the property and our home!

It is thoroughly cleaned after every rental and fresh linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Please note that ours is a non-smoking unit. We are continually updating our condo for your comfort and welcome suggestions from you, our tenants, on ways to make your stay even better the next time you visit! If you have a larger group, please note that we have access to a second unit next door (literally)! If both units are available, we could accommodate a group of 12-16 people! Both units are advertised separately on HomeAway - please contact us for additional information. We hope that you enjoy staying in our condo as much as we do! Our goal is for you to want to return year after year (and for you to tell your friends about us!)

Rules and restrictions...: Please note that trailers, motorcycles and RV's are not allowed on the property of WaterPointe II, by order of the Homeowners Association. We only rent to families and responsible adults over the age of 25 --- no house parties! We do not allow smoking or pets in our condo. We will definately return to this condo again, it was very well kept and felt very much like a home away from home. the owner is very friendly and quick to respond to any questions that you may have. Very nice location, easy beach access nice view from the balcony and close to many of the attractions. I would definately recommend this condo to a friend!

Our experience at this beach property...

We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for 12 years. Six years ago we discovered North Myrtle Beach. Three years ago we decided we wanted to find a condo we liked and could come back to every year. This year when we go south we will be returning to this particular condo for the 4th year and we will stay for 3 months.

WaterPointe II well-kept building entered with a key by owners and renters in a quiet residential area. Looking out at the ocean from the balcony is a beautiful refurbished beach. In the area there are family friendly live entertainment shows, reasonable restaurants, grocery stores, outlet shopping and movie theaters.

Last, but not least, the condo itself and the owner --- I have saved the best for last. The condo is very well-kept and furnished -- there are ample dishes , silverware, pans, linens, etc. You will also find games for all ages, jigsaw puzzles, movies and books. This condo is always very clean when we arrive. Each year there is something new --- we have arrived to find new blinds, re-upholstered chairs, a new stove, new throw pillows, a new dryer, rocking chairs on the balcony, etc.! It is always fun to walk through when we first get there to see what is new.

Our owner cares about your stay in her condo. She wants you to be comfortable and enjoy her space. If there is a concern, she listens and takes care of it immediately-- and with a smile. Our experience here has been and still is the best we have had in all the years we have been coming south. We have already made our reservation for November of 2009!

I'm a repeat customer because this oceanfront condo is awesome! Entry to the WaterPointe II complex is secure and safe, and the impeccably clean condo has everything you could possibly need for a weekend getaway or even a month's vacation....whether you're looking for lots of activity or solitude. The owner has thought of everything (including board games) and is obviously detail-oriented. Quiet, relaxing, and private, this condo is conveniently located near shopping centers (including nice outlets), many restaurants, deep sea fishing, casino cruises, etc. The beach is wide and clean, and you can't beat the view from the balcony...the perfect spot to sip coffee each morning in a rocking chair while watching the dolphins swim!

Great condo with quick and easy access everything Myrtle Beach has to offer - excellent location for the beach bum, shopper or someone who wants to spend the day people watching from the 7th floor beach front balcony. Very close to Barefoot Landing which offers great options for shopping & dining. Good accomodations, well equiped kitchen, great beach front pool and deck; beach access is very close and easy to reach. The owner truly wants to know if anything is broken, missing, etc. and will do everything possible to make your stay a great getaway. I would definitely rent this property again.
