- Normal sleeping is 5 adults and up to 4 children. The Pullout sofa can be used for privacy for another 2 adults or a large family on special occasions, or visitors for one or two nights. There is ample space in the Master Bedroom upstairs for two (2) cribs. However, the cribs are not supplied but can be rented in town. Note, Maximum to sleep is no more than 5 ADULTS. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE IN ROOM AIR-CONDITIONERS.

Some more details about the Pond House: The Pond House, new to the rental market for 2008, is a three season home. The rear of the house is wrapped around by a 600 square foot deck with an adjoining red brick patio. Also, there is a balcony off the second floor master bedroom where you can read the morning paper before breakfast or enjoy a drink before dinner. Here, you can listen to the sounds of the many birds, including heron which make this pond their home. Feel free to have your morning breakfast on the deck where you can view the pond with its many colorful birds. In the evening enjoy your favorite drink before using our gas barbecue grill to cook your meal while listening to the other creatures of the pond and watching the sun set over the Cape. In the spring or the fall enjoy a wood burning fire in the floor to ceiling fireplace in the living room. There is private parking for 3 cars. We hope you will enjoy this home as much as we do when we move in for the quiet winter months.
