Cottage is located on 87 Ocean St. in Ogunquit, just 5 cottages up from the the popular Footbridge Beach. The surrounding area is residential, perfect for walking and great for kids. Located steps away from a trolley stop that will take you through the surrounding area and Perkins Cove. Beach has a snack shack and restrooms. Cottage has a renovated kitchen and bathroom and a small screened in porch, perfect for your morning beverage or reading a book. For those cool spring and fall nights, sit by the gas fireplace place and create great family memories.There is a cottage behind this one connected by a breezeway. There is no interior access from one cottage to the other. Rent them both with family or friends, combined they sleep 9. (Back Cottage Property #186852)

Perfect for a family with 3 kids!

This is a very charming and clean cottage, nicely updated, at the perfect location. It is just 2-3 minutes from the beach, very quiet at night, you can hear the ocean! We stayed there over the Memorial day weekend and had great time with our 3 kids. They enjoyed having their own "kids" bedroom and taking warm showers outside. We liked that too because there was very little sand in the house to clean. The screened porch was wonderful for breakfasts and afternoon breaks. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Experience!

My family and I stayed at this cottage for the first time this year. It was our first time in Ogunquit and if you haven't been there it is a great place to vacation in. It was in a perfect location, as it was walking distance to footbridge beach and close to all different parts of Ogunquit. It was very relaxing and all of us enjoyed our time. My favorite part was waking up and having my breakfast on the screened in porch. Another great part is that the cottage is fully furnished including a tv/vcr/dvd player in the living room and any pot, pan, or dish you would need if you choose to eat in. I would definately recommend this cottage to anyone and we have already booked our week for next year!!

The cottage was very nice, location excellent. Short walk to Footbridge
beach, very convenient. Park your car and leave it. Everything is within walking distance or Trolley stop. We had beautiful weather, it was a great weekend. Our family plans on returning next Memorial Weekend- if available.

We loved this cottage

Yes, this is just what we were looking for...close to the beach and quiet.
We had our coffee on the screened porch in the morning and our wine in the evening. The renovated kitchen and bath were fully modernized and yet the flavor of the rest of the cottage retained that old-time Maine cottage feel. Ken and Laura had a great selection of CDs that entertained us the day it rained. We walked the beach into Ogunquit for lunch and had lobster in Wells. We plan to come back soon.

Cozy gem in a terrific location

This is a nice, clean cottage situated just a five-minute walk from Footbridge Beach (itself a find, Footbridge Beach is desirable because it's about a mile north of the congested center of Ogunquit but well within reach of everything it has to offer). The cottage has everything you need, including wi-fi service. The outdoor shower is a nice touch, but the major value-add is the screened-in porch at the front of the house. The porch allows one to enjoy the morning and evening weather away from rain and bugs. It's priced fairly, and the owner was very responsive and courteous. I recommend it without reservation.
