Wrap around deck, outdoor grill, walkout basement and tons of living space. Fabulous view from living/dining room with cathedral ceiling. Screened in porch, great for your morning coffee! Very private. 8 Miles to the cute village of Elk Rapids. Half way between Traverse City and Charlevoix! Many fine restaurant to choose from: Tapiwingo and the Rowe Inn in Ellsworth and Pearls and Siren Hall(fabulous!!) in Elk Rapids.
