Located on the Rock River just minutes from Lake Koshkonong this waterfront home is the ideal place to enjoy the summer in Wisconsin. With 2 docks and 1 boat lift you can put-in your boat and cruise directly into Lake Koshkonong, Wisconsin's 3rd largest lake and a boater's heaven in just 5 minutes. A large yard and terraced entrance into the water allow for hours of swimming and enjoying the summer sun. A outdoor hot tub, fire ring, horseshoe pit, wooden swing and spacious deck give you an opportunity for relaxation and entertainment. Use of two brand new touring kayaks and newer Penobscot 17ft canoe included with the property. Pontoon boat also available for rental at two nearby locations. Located 30 miles north of the WI-IL state line, just off I-90, this home offers easy access from Chicago, Milwaukee, Madison and beyond.

Situated just north of Janesville and south of Madison, off I-90, recreation and relaxation abound in the four lakes areas. Convenient access to a scarcely used public boat launch just minutes down the road, and your own dock and lift allow for maximum time on the water. Dining, drinks, & music are just down the road at the Anchor Inn or Fins Bar and Grill. Lake Koshkonong is known for it's fishing with 28 species of fish in the lake including perch, walleye, white bass, large mouth and small mouth bass. Love golf? There are 9 golf courses all less than 10 miles away. Families can spend quality time enjoying the festivals, museums, shopping and dining that are abundant in the area.
