Short walk to slopes from this spacious 4 level townhouse with all the comforts of home! Features great room with cozy wood burning stove, A/C, TV, DVD, VCR & games. Dining area has 2 large tables to accommodate group. Full kitchen & ½ bath are on the same floor. Outdoor deck overlooking mountain area includes gas grill & patio chairs. Many sleeping options for large groups (MAX of 10 guests). Upstairs - loft bedroom with queen bed & full bathroom. Below the main level are 2 bedrooms (1st has 2 sets of bunks, 2nd room with queen bed, desk, TV), washer/dryer, & full bathroom also on this level. Lower level has slider door with access to parking lot & 2 rooms (1st has 2 queen beds behind french doors, 2nd w/ pull out couch). This area also has TV, DVD & Foosball table. High chair, pack & play, baby gate available. Clubhouse has indoor pool, jacuzzi, saunas, tennis court (indoor and outdoor), indoor basketball & weight room. Linens included. 25 or older to rent. No smoking or pets

One of the best times in Camelback

I have been to the Poconos quite a few times, and this is by far one of the best houses to stay in. The owner was very helpful and cooperative with all the details. He helped with activities and conflicts if i had any. The house was just perfect for my group and everything was more than expected. Once entered into the home it felt very clean and house warming. There was a local pool and jacuzzi near by. The shopping outlets was only like 10 minutes away. There were also many restaurants everything was within driving distance. We found many things to do. It was very fun. I would definitely rent the house again or recommend it to someone. Thanks again Marc, it was a pleasure staying at your home

Location and Convenience

We had 4 adults and 7 children and appreciated being able to get directly on the slopes and not deal with general parking at the bottom. The owner was easy to work with and the condo had ample space for us to spread out and relax. The furniture is a bit dated, and the mattresses could have been more comfortable, but the condo was clean and true to its listing. The convenience of dealing with the owner and the proximity to the slopes made this a great trip.

Great Birthday Weekend!

My family and I stayed at the townhouse unit 227 and had a wonderful time for my birthday weekend. 

The house was very well maintained and very clean. The place is bigger than what it seems on the pictures. The accommodations were perfect for the 11 of us including 5 kids. The kids loved the downstairs game room and the bunk beds.

The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. As Marc said, the only things we needed to bring was our personal things and beach towels. Everything else was provided.

Outside of the home we enjoyed the amenities the secured community offered such as the indoor pool and spa. Due to the rainy weather we couldn't go to Camelback Mountain Adventures which was around the corner, for ziplining and new Mountain Coaster but we will definitely try it next time. We did enjoy the Sunset Shooting Range, Camelbeach Waterpark, nearby restaurants, shopping at the Premium outlets and the Barley Creek Brewery for the adults.

Overall it was a wonderful relaxing weekend away from it all.

Marc, thanks for everything. I will definitely recommend your townhouse to my friends and family.

Great Home !

This home was so clean & comfortable - the pictures are exactly as it is. I went with my older children & it was so spacious we did not use all the bedrooms. It was a great vacation to spend time with the family. Camelback waterpark was very close. The only downfall was the indoor pool & facilities close early but we found other things to do at night. We were getting bored with vacationing at the beaches so tried this & we were happy we did. I would recommend this home for a great relaxing get a way. Marc could not be more helpful from the time we booked his home & afterwards following up to make sure we had a good time. He responded to any questions. Thanks Marc for sharing your home.
