Short walk to slopes from this spacious 4 level townhouse with all the comforts of home! Features great room with cozy wood burning stove, A/C, TV, DVD, VCR & games. Dining area has 2 large tables to accommodate group. Full kitchen & ½ bath are on the same floor. Outdoor deck overlooking mountain area includes gas grill & patio chairs. Many sleeping options for large groups (MAX of 10 guests). Upstairs - loft bedroom with queen bed & full bathroom. Below the main level are 2 bedrooms (1st has 2 sets of bunks, 2nd room with queen bed, desk, TV), washer/dryer, & full bathroom also on this level. Lower level has slider door with access to parking lot & 2 rooms (1st has 2 queen beds behind french doors, 2nd with futon couch). This area also has TV, DVD & Foosball table. High chair, pack & play, baby gate available. Clubhouse has indoor pool, jacuzzi, saunas, tennis court (indoor and outdoor), indoor basketball & weight room. Linens included. 25 or older to rent. No smoking. No pets

SUMMER STUFF: CAMELBEACH WATER PARK! Check out www.camelbeach.com , this water park is at the base of Camelback Mountain and it is fantastic! A 30 second drive down the mountain and you are there! INDOOR WATER PARK - www.splitrockresort.com/waterpark.php Family Waterpark is about 20 minutes from the townhouse in Lake Harmony, PA. This complete indoor water park features attractions for all ages. The water park IS OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. Overnight accommodations are not required for use of the park.

One of the best times in Camelback

I have been to the Poconos quite a few times, and this is by far one of the best houses to stay in. The owner was very helpful and cooperative with all the details. He helped with activities and conflicts if i had any. The house was just perfect for my group and everything was more than expected. Once entered into the home it felt very clean and house warming. There was a local pool and jacuzzi near by. The shopping outlets was only like 10 minutes away. There were also many restaurants everything was within driving distance. We found many things to do. It was very fun. I would definitely rent the house again or recommend it to someone. Thanks again Marc, it was a pleasure staying at your home

Mountain getaway - great host

Our family and best friends' family enjoyed Marc's spacious mountain getaway. He was a terrific host, sending recommendations for great hiking spots and entertainment resources via email in advance of our arrival. Even when we had a little check-in glitch, Marc was immediately responsive and set everything right as soon as possible. Our families enjoyed the location, so close to Camel Beach in the summer, and the hikes around Cameltop are beautiful. It's an easy drive from the home to just about anywhere else in the region, too - Tannersville outlets, horseback riding, even Lake Wallenpaupack.

Such an amazing space

I was asked by my boss to book this space for our company team outing to the Poconos. We had 10 with us, and we were able to stay the weekend very comfortably at this location. The place was spotless when we arrived, and came equipped as advertised. The owner was also very helpful in directing us towards activities for us to do as a group in the area. Also, if you drive further up the mountain for about ten minutes, there is an amazing park and view at the mountaintop there that a few of us spent an hour or two at. Would greatly reccomend this place for any group that has 5 -10 people. The pricing was also spot on. Thank you again for all your assistance in planning this trip, Marc.

Family Reunion

Ten of our family members met up at Camelback for a family reunion. We ranged in age from 2-60. The house is very spacious, we had no trouble fitting everyone. The bunk room was great! We spent the weekend exploring the mountain top, touring Barley Creek, shopping at the outlets, visiting the antique stores, swimming, attending the NASCAR race, and reconnecting at this fabulous town house. All of the comforts of home were included--extra pillows and blankets, tissues, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap. Marc was very helpful from the moment we contacted him about renting through our great family weekend. I look forward to returning to this same townhouse next summer! Thanks Marc and Clara!
