Quiet, relaxed community, just 15 Boyne City and a convenient boat ride or drive to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Northport, Beaver Island, Suttons Bay, and Traverse City.

The property is quiet, cozy elegant with a nice beach - perfect for wading & sheltered swimming are for the kids. The city tennis courts, playground, and beach is a 3 minute walk, or you can jump on the bikes for a 5 minute ride into town. Boat rentals are available at the local marina; canoe & kyak rentals a short walk away.

Ski: 15 Miles from Boyne Mountain, 40 miles to Boyne Highlands and Nubs Knob.

A beautiful condo!

We stayed at Fred and LaDene's condo with our two little boys and teenage cousin last summer. Everything was wonderful! It was so clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was great to be able to do laundry. The flat screen TV and DVD player were nice to have in the evenings. Fortunately the weather was great and we were able to enjoy the lake almost every day! We hope to stay there again sometime this summer.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
