Comfortable and charming Provencal house on the French Riviera in Vence between Nice and Cannes. 20 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from the sea, 45 minutes from the ski resorts. The house is between Vence (2min) and Saint Paul de Vence (5min), typical medieval cities of Provence and famous centres of art. Our house has a 60sq m living room with fireplace, 5 bedrooms (2 doubles, 3 singles), 4 bathrooms, and a large 24sq m kitchen, fully equipped. Nice 4000sq m landscaped garden with large 12, 5m x 6m private pool, with pool fence. Our house is located in a very quiet area, no road traffic noise at all (private road), at the border of a nice forest (there is a gate to access directly the forest). Vence city centre and shops are only at 2 minutes drive. IMPORTANT NOTE: 2 WEEKS MINIMUM RENTAL, 7 PEOPLE MAXIMUM.

    Not included: House cleaning at exit, billed at 150 Euros (mandatory), and international telephone calls if any.
  • 2 WEEKS MINIMUM rental is required.
