Vacationers by booking take full responsibility for any losses do to their inability to fulfill their booking, and therefore holds owner harmless for any losses stemming from vacationers inability to fulfill their booking commitment. Property must be left Fully Locked with all Fans, Lights, and Water off. Failure to leave the Home Locked will result in a $100.00 fee charged to vacationers credit card. Vacationer agrees to lock Home, and turn everything off when out for the day or night. This allows us to maintain a low rental rate for your best deal.
