Description of the Lauderdale-by-the-Sea vacation villa rental
This newly remodeled/refurnished 3 story beach villa has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with a 1 car garage. Walk one block to the public beach and 300 feet to the Sea Ranch Shopping Plaza which includes: grocery/drug store, Italian/Chinese cuisine, coffee shop, ice cream, fitness facility, hair/nail salon, liquor store, etc. This townhome is all about the location! Very luxurious but not temperamental; we welcome children as there is nothing they will get hurt on or do damage to. You enter on the ground floor with a mother-in-law suite complete with a Queen bed, and door opening up to a Chicago brick paved patio with outdoor furniture. Go up one flight of stairs where you will find a half bath, common living area, balcony, kitchen and breakfast bar, dining room table and washer/dryer closet. On the third level is the master suite complete with a king bed, jacuzzi tub, and separate glass shower. The third room is also located on the 3 floor with a full size bed and balcony.
