The kids will enjoy the private media and game room, while the adults relax by the fireplace in the living room. Two outdoor areas provide sunny escape from the bustle of the house. The home was updated and newly furnished in 2008. The linens and furniture reflect the casual beach lifestyle of Santa Barbara. Brand new mattresses are on most of the beds. Three bedrooms boast ocean view decks. The well-designed kitchen is fully stocked with everything the family needs for easy and fun cooking. Take care of business easily with the free high speed Internet access (wireless and wired), free unlimited phone and fax usage (USA only), and use of the all-in-one printer/fax/copier/scanner.

This 8 bedroom 6 bath house was more than up to the challenge of accomodating a large family coming from all over the place. We ended up with more than the 16 expected guests and we still had room. The property was easy to find just off 101 and close to everything. Although it was not beach side, it was a short drive to the beach and marina on Shoreline Drive. Most of the kids ended up crashing in either the large living room or the media room. The kitchen area was also up to the task since most all the adults spent time there eating, drinking and sharing stories. This house was the perfect fit for our family reunion and wedding.
