Come fall in love with Kiawah! Our fantastic Sparrow Pond cottage has just gone through MAJOR renovation. It boasts all new baths, appliances, granite counters, and custom trim work, along with new paint and carpet. It is beautifully appointed with everything you could need. Sparrow Pond is perfectly located just minutes on foot from the beach and the neighborhood pool. Sparrow Pond is located in the West Beach area of Kiawah adjacent to miles of beautiful walking/biking trails...and close to the Straw Market Shops, West Beach Tennis Center and Cougar Point Golf Course. THIS COTTAGE IS LIKE NEW! The bedrooms include a queen in the master, a double in the second bedroom with private full bath, and twins in the third bedroom. The dining area seats six and the wonderful wrap around decks provide plenty of extra entertaining area. Our beautiful screened porch is the perfect place to relax with your coffee and morning paper...or maybe a nice evening cocktail after a day in the sun.

Family of 5 and grandparent--we all fit wonderfully! Great house and location---clean, cozy and had all the things you would possibly need! ......Convenient to beach and pool!!! Private and quiet..Will definintely recommend to future renters! Alison was very helpful with our planning! We also enjoyed the alligator sightings :)

Another great week on the Island

We have been coming to Kiawah annually for over a decade for a large family retreat (parents, three siblings and twelve children). We usually stay at Inlet Cove, but this year we had some complications related to our childrens' sports obligations that kept us from making reservations early, so while parents and siblings were at Inlet Cove, we were fortunate to find this wonderful place in Sparrow Pond. Friendly and communicative owners made reservations a breeze and we spent another relaxing and family-centric week on the Island with a couple of trips into Charleston (an easy 40 minutes to drive and park) added to the mix. Location couldn't be more convenient, with good access to beach, shops and golf, among many other things! House was quite spacious and comfortable, making it a favorite choice for family gatherings. All in all a very enjoyable week and highly recommended for those who favor Kiawah.

Great Rental with ZERO issues.
Easy and prompt rental / communication.
Home is great ...
Large open living area
Updated kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils.
Very clean and organized.
Walking distance to Pool and Beach.
Wooded lot for porch privacy.
West End location is only minutes away from Kiawah entrance and easy access to Freshfield Farms and roads to Charleston.
Highly recommmended.
