Large four bedroom home located on Ocean Blvd on North Beach, Hampton available for weekly summer rental. There are ocean views throughout the house and the beach is just a walk across Ocean Blvd. The home has 3 baths (1 full; 1 3/4 bath and 1 1/2 bath); kitchen; laundry room; dining room; play room/tv room; large living area (approx. 22X25); four bedrooms; a large private deck (20X32) with grill; and a second private deck off the master overlooking the Atlantic. There is parking available for two vehicles. The home is walking distance from a number of restaurants and a short drive to Hampton Beach or Portsmouth. No pets allowed. No smoking.

We are a family of 5, with 2 older teens and a 25y/o son. Perfect for us, away from the craziness of down town. Plenty of parking, 2 spaces out front as well as metered across the street. The place is immaculate and has everything you could ever need for entertaining, which we did a few times. Grab a chair and a book and walk across the street to the beach. Close enough to Mass. to have people come up for the day. Went sailing, wish I could remember the name of the guy who took us out, he was great.

We've rented from these owners 2 times and had great experiences both times. The house is amazing and directly across the street from North Beach. We loved walking along the beach every day and the decks and views are amazing. The location is perfect for us. Away from the noise and hassle of the main strip but still close to the action.
