You must see this brand new, beautifully decorated home that is over 3300 square feet and features 9 foot ceilings, ceiling fans, high speed internet and flat screen TVs in every room. The bedrooms are spread over three floors with a living room on both the first and third floors. Gorgeous Master on second floor with wet bar and spacious bath with jetted tub. Third floor even has a kid's bunk room off Living Room that also has a wet bar. Beautiful Queen bedrooms located on all three floors.Two private balconies allow for quiet time to enjoy the Gulf breeze. Full size washer and dryer located on the main floor. The home is located in the gated community of the Villages of Crystal Beach. The pool is breathtaking and features waterfalls, a short order grill and beverage service during peak season, as well as free shuttle service to the beach. The Village of Crystal Beach is across from Destin Commons, just a few short blocks from the beach as well as many restaurants and shopping.

Enter straight past pool and take right at stop. Take right again on Tahitian Way. Home is fourth on right, 223 Tahitian Way.

Great House, Pool, and Location!

The house was great and even nicer than it appeared in the pictures. The neighbohhood pool was gorgeous and the kids really enjoyed it. The beach was a short walk, but the trolley was always available to take and pick you up. The home owners were great to work with and even offered some suggestions of things to do in the area. The house is located very close to Destin Commons Mall, the Outlet Mall, Fudpcuker's Restaurant, and Big Kahuna Water Park. We will definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful house in a gorgeous community!

This house was beautiful and the community it resides in safe, clean, family friendly and gorgeous! I found the accomodations were just as described! The stay was very enjoyable, from the comfy beds and plush towels to the flat screen tvs in most rooms! The home owner was always kind and very easy to work with. The house was decorated beautifully yet practical. The house is located close enough to walk to the beach (about a block & 1/2 away) yet just far enough away to feel private & safe! There is also a free trolley that takes residents to & from the beach. It was very convenient. The neighborhood pool looked like it was at a resort. It featured several rock waterfalls, zero entry, beautiful landscaping including several mature palm trees, a tiki bar & grill. We loved the community so much we will definetly return and perhaps build a home of our own there. Do not hesitate to rent this property. You will not be disapointed!
