This place is fantastic! My family of 4 (mom, dad, and two school-aged boys) stayed here for a week at the end of summer 2010. The owner, who is extraordinarily responsive, also helped me find accommodations for my parents. The place was immaculate and looked just like the pictures. The best thing about it is that it's right on the beach! Sunrise and sunset are both gorgeous! Not only is it easy to get to the beach, you have a fabulous view from the condo -- as other reviewers noted, you're likely to see many dolphins.
The location is great! The Jolly-Trolley provides an easy way to get to the boardwalk at Rehoboth (which has lots of food options and a small family amusement park). And there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance of the condo.
In short, my family had a fabulous vacation here and are clamoring to return again this summer!

Owner's Response: Once you've had an oceanfront vacation, it's hard to go back to packing gear and walking or driving to the beach. Please come back!
