The property consists of 2 double bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs both of which have their own bathroom with shower facilities. 1 triple bedroom, 1 main bathroom with bath & shower, 1 downstairs bathroom. A modern kitchen with all mod cons which opens out to the dining room and conservatory. Dining room window looking out over the bay. Lounge area with fireplace, modern furniture, TV and DVD player. New conservatory added in 2005.

Tragumna is an unspoilt, traditional Irish fishing village with blue-flag beach & rambling hills for pleasure seekers. You will surely stumble across the family run traditional Irish pub, The Skibbereen Eagle, which hosts Irish music sessions and serves food during the summer months. Here you will be assured of a genuine Cead Mile Failte. There is also a large Craft Shop and Fashion Store in the area. Close by, Skibbereen is a large market town with an array of shops and craft centres. It has many cafes & restaurants for all budgets. An active Arts Centre organises kids arts and craft courses during the year. Local amenities include: a reputed golf course with stunning views of the area, a leisure centre, heritage centre, country market, pitch & putt club, horse riding etc. In Clonakilty there is a cinema, and model railway. In Baltimore visitors can access sailing courses, or go to nearby islands Cape Clear & Sherkin, There is also Deep Sea Fishing available.

The property is looking out over Tragumna bay and has a wonderful feeling of space and comfort. There is also a large slipway for launching boats in the harbour.
