This fabulous executive home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, is a one storey house with private pool and hot tub, Internet service and game room. It is perfectly situated in Davenport on US 27, close to I4 and only 15 minutes from Disney World Themed Parks and 25 minutes from Universal Studios & Sea World. Local amenities can be found on US 27. There are banks, petrol stations, chemists, restaurants, diners, bars, take-aways, a massive Wal-Mart superstore, Publix Supermarket, shops, hotels & lots more. The retail outlets & malls are only 15 to 25 minutes away.

We rented this house Nov 26-30, 08. The house over all was ok.
CONS: Toilet seat in the king master bedroom had a hugh crack in it.
A car was parked in the garage/games room which made it very hard for our kids to play in there and that was very unfair.
TV's are very small 13"
Missing light blubs
No Batteries in the remotes
Should be able to adjust temp house was cold
Owner's Response: Note to future renters; We appreciate all comments and wish these were made while at the home directly to our management company for a quick response and remedy.
Toilet Seat has been replaced.
A/C controls when cold will be left open so guest can access heating in home.
Lightbulbs and batteries have all been replaced.
Car is for Owners personal use as they live in the home 3 months of the year, it is to one side of the garage with a cover. The other side of the garage has air hockey and foozball table. Tv in living room is 27" and in bedrooms 13" which we have had no complains from before.
