This small, quiet, and beautifully maintained complex has a gated underground garage, pool, jacuzzi, gas BBQ and some of the most amazing sunsets around! The townhouse comes fully furnished, with huge comfy king in the east master bedroom and queen in the west master, each room with their own bathroom, vaulted ceilings, and views. The sectional couch downstairs converts to an air-sofabed, for a real night's sleep!

Near Torrey Pines Golf Course, La Jolla, the Del Mar Racetrack & Fairgrounds. Excellent surfing spots, amazing Yoga, plus the beach of course, all close by. Sea World is a short drive away, plus Knots Soak City, Lego Land, and the San Diego Wild Animal Park! The coaster (light rail) is a short walk away, and Downtown San Diego, with its great food, nightlife, and sports venues is a short trip from this townhouse! And if you enjoy shopping, close by all along the 101 coast highway are all kinds of ecclectic shops with unique finds. If you enjoy outlet shopping, head up the coast a little more and stop by the huge outlet shopping center in Carlsbad.
