Brand new townhome located in a very quiet part of the complex with great views of the mountains and close to community pools. We had a wonderful time. The place was exactly as the owners said it would be. 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with tons of space for everyone. The fully stocked kitchen was quite useful and they had thought of everything. They even have their own BBQ on the patio. The location is great, right next to the La Quinta Resort and only minutes from old town La Quinta. There are 2 pools just steps away from the home and the resort had something like 9 pools in total. We were well rested after our weekend stay due to the place being so quiet. Thank you for making us feel right at home.

Excellent first class villa! My wife and I spent a wonderfull week and throughly enjoyed the home, location and all the amenities. The owners were most welcoming and helpful with insight and tips on the Palm Springs area, dinner ideas and shopping locations. We enjoyed golf, tennis, walks, shopping, swimming and sight seeing. Golf courses are abundant in the area. Tennis is available at the La Quinta Resort which is right next door. Two very private swimming pools are just steps away from the villa. The fitness facility, located in the Legacy Villas complex is first rate with all the modern equipment. The villa itself is laid out with two master bedrooms with their own bathrooms and another bedroom with two twin beds and the third bath across the hall. Fully outfitted kitchen. Fireplaces in the living room and in the bedroom. Gated community. Flatscreen TV's. Weather was wonderful. Great place!! Perfect week.

Great unit, beautiful setting.

This is a great unit in a fabulous location. The home is single level with plentiful private, family and patio space plus a garage! Easy to cook and relax or head to many local restaurants. Costco 3 minutes away. The mountain back drop is spectacular and unlike any hotel. The complex has a large kids pool and play area, a large relaxation type pool and a separate lap pool, all in beautiful gated surroundings, nice gym facilites. We've visited the area nearly annually for 20+ years and liked this spot the best. We'll be back!
