This is truly a magical beach cottage and the quintessential beach experience in Santa Cruz which includes a full boat of amenities right down to the boogie boards and bicycles. Open ocean view and located right on Moran Lagoon.Just a skip and a jump from main beaches, yet tucked away just enough for privacy. Wake up to the sounds of waves breaking. Have your first cup of coffee looking across a tree-lined lagoon to the Pacific Ocean. Walk down to the sandy beach for a swim. Then return home to warm up in the hot tub in your own private yard.
Nestled in eucalyptus trees next to Moran Lagoon, this home is truly one of a kind. The property has the feel of a private park, yet you're within easy walking distance to shops, movie theatres, Capitola village, and even a mall. Stroll down the scenic East Cliff bikeway. Watch surfers at world famous Pleasure Point. Bicycle to the Boardwalk with no parking hassles. Our house is small and cozy. The yard is large and private. 850 total sq. feet.

This property is a stones throw from 26th Ave. Beach and Pleasure Point, a very popular surf spot. It is 3 miles from the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk Amusement Park and the famous Santa Cruz Wharf. Head south 2 miles and you will be in the quaint Capitola Village, home of diners, specialty shops and art and wine. Also the location for the annual Begonia Festival in late August of each year. The next freeway exit off the coast highway will bring you to a major shopping mall where you can pick up any groceries and incidentals, or browse the clothing and specialty shops. Ample gas stations as well as local eateries and small family owned businesses. All roads point to the Monterey Bay. You can view Moss Landing and Monterey on a clear night, from the cliffs off East Cliff Drive. There's always something to do and somewhere to go. The weather is some of the best in California. Downtown Santa Cruz Pacific Garden Mall has live entertainment as well as 3 movie theaters to catch a current show.

Total square footage is 850+.

For the Golfer: There are two nearby golf courses which can be reached off Coast Highway 1. De La Veaga and Pasatiempo are both beautiful courses, but we suggest that you reserve far in advance to be sure you have a T time. There are nice restaurants at each of the courses. They are 18 holes.
