Clean, wonderful property with peaceful backyard, table, 4 chairs and a barbaque to cook on. Fenced in backyard retreat so you can spend time with your family enjoying the time just outside of Washington, DC. Cozy living room with leather sofa's, but plenty of space in home to retreat to your room read a book, relax or just have a cup of tea. Rooms are warm and inviting and several have a lot of extra space to spread out!
It's an inviting Victorian which we have owned for three years. We have never had any problems with the property. It's in a historic neighborhood with a big mix of families that live and work around Washington DC.
There are many students just north of here at the University of Maryland.
This area has lots to offer with wonderful places to eat and things to see.
Washington has so much history it's impossible to list it all.

Welcome to our wonderful vacation home!
We have had wonderful wedding parties, military families, corporate traveling families, school groups and church groups. It's a great home in a close in location only 5 blocks from Washington DC. It sits on top of public transportation and is only 5 mins driving from the closest metro and 15 minutes to downtown DC.
We will be happy to supply your requested groceries so you don't have to shop while on vacation. Please let us know what you would like 72 hours in advance and we will make sure it is delivered for your arrival.
