Sanibel is a brand new luxury condo on West Beach. Constructed in 2007, Sanibel has all the conveniences of Gulf Shores without the traffic and congestion. Only 2.5 miles from Hwy 59- Sanibel offers the best of both worlds. Everything you need is within a moments drive but without the crowds. Situated between the gulf and little lagoon, the views are endless. Public beach access is less than a 2 minute walk and the west pass is only a few blocks away. The condo is brand new and no detail has been overlooked. The kitchen with granite counter tops is fully equipped and ready for the serious cook. Each bedroom has a king sized bed with flat screen TVs and DVD players. The baths have double granite vanities and separate toilets. In the living area, a 42' hi-def plasma flat TV with surround sound/ CD/ DVD player is provided for your entertainment needs. All you need to bring are your beach chairs and towels to relax and enjoy the beaches.
