This three room unit overlooks John’s Bay, named after Captain John Smith who discovered it. This unit has the most spectacular view of all the units. One sees a panoramic view of the bay from the large picture window. The bedroom has a double bed, the living room two couches, and one, which opens to a double bed. A heater takes the chill off the occasional cool evening. The kitchen is efficient but fully equipped. Includes 1 bedroom with double size bed, 1 full bath with shower, 1 fold out sofa queen size bed in living room.

Great location, short walk to sandy beach (when tide is low), walk to Pemaquid historic fort & museum, short drive to nice grocery where you can find any food items you need, close to Shaw's Seafood where you can buy cheap lobster.Friendly people, kayak rentals close by, beautiful view of bay from living room. Accommodations, nothing fancy but adequate, well equipped kitchen. Very friendly owner, easy to deal with.
