Captain’s Quarters is a newly renovated apartment located on the bottom floor attached to a single home. Detailed stenciling and sea accents capture a nautical effect, while openness of living space makes this place an interesting blend of old and new. Two picture windows provide a view of typical New England homes and John’s Bay beyond. A wood stove with a view of the fire makes those cozy romantic evenings a reality. Captain’s Quarters can accommodate two couples or a small family comfortably. Includes: 1 double/single bunkbed in living room, 1 full size bed in bedroom, 1 full bath with tub. Property is a lower apartment attached to a single family home. There is another apartment above this unit. Both apartments are available to rent as well as the attached house. If you have a large family, rent the entire property!
