New home completed in 2008. Custom construction with classic exterior architecture. The house is fully air conditioned and beautifully appointed throughout. With entertaining in mind, the first floor provides a bright, wide open living room and dining area that flow into the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with upgraded appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinets. The second floor affords three large bedroom suites; each with private baths. The house is beautifully decorated and has hardwood/tile floors throughout. No details overlooked in this upscale home. Enjoy the professionally landscaped yard and deck area. Steps to the action of downtown Chatham- shopping, restaurants, band concerts, golf and Cape League baseball! Moments from Chatham's Lighthouse beach and kid-friendly Oyster Pond beach. Great place on the Cape

Our family of five, plus a 9-month-old, stayed at this beautiful property for a week in June. Everything was in excellent condition and it offered enough space for us to spread out and be comfortable. We really appreciated having a separate bathroom for each bedroom, a luxury that can be hard to find. All of the amenities - from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the washer & dryer - were very modern and clean. The house's location is ideal as it is within easy walking distance of Main St. (5 min.), the baseball field, a great children's park, and Oyster Pond. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. In general, we thought Chatham was a great town in which to stay that allowed us to easily explore the entire Cape. The owners were helpful in referring us to a company that rented linens, towels, and children's supplies (crib and highchair) for our stay, and we were very happy with their services. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay on Cape Cod.
