. House on 1/3 acre; private rear yard. . Whole house air conditioning. . Owners John and Anne use the property as a second home during nine months of the year. This is our thirteenth year; for the first eleven years, Roseberry Knoll was represented by a company in England, but the company has withdrawn from this market.

Anne and John were very welcoming! Kids specially appreciated the chocolate left for us. Very organized with beach pass, grocery tag and all maps/AAA books available upon our arrival. Very comfortable and clean house with all amenities one could desire. I especially liked having access to washer/dryer and dishwasher. Nice big deck to have dinner outdoors. Close to grocery store (Stop & Shop) with cheap DVD rentals for the kids. Conveniently located close to routes 28 & 6. Easy to get anywhere in a short time. In all, Roseberry Knoll is a great find for anyone wanting to visit the area!

Excellent summer house

We had a great time in John's and Anne's house. Everything was excellent, tidy and clean, fully equipped kitchen, garage, grill - we haven't missed anything. Even the bikes worked. AC was very helpful. Residents beaches close. Running in the morning in the nice and safe neighbourhood. Very convenient for families. Absolutely recommended.

Thanks to John and Anny we spent very good week in this house.Everything is comfortable, clean and suits very well for vacation.
Area is convenient, beautifull porch and back yard. We hope to return to this house in the future.

A wonderful getaway!

Roseberry Knoll is conveniently situated between Falmouth and Hyannis, easy to access from Route 6 and Route 28. Our stay was relaxed and leisurely, largely owing to how well equipped the house was. The kitchen, fully stocked with all the utensils and cookware we needed, made it easy to enjoy lots of meals, inside and outside on the porch! Everything we needed was supplied for us, including a beach pass which allowed us to spend many relaxed days in the sun. John and Anne were very gracious and made sure that we were comfortable and knew the ins and outs of the house before leaving us for the week. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to be back next summer!
