The gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops, all new appliances, and everything you could think of right down to the lime squeezer! The spacious floor plan connects to a unique over sized balcony accessed through sliding glass doors from the dining/living areas. Out on the balcony, seating around the porch table is perfect for your morning coffee or evening cocktail, or use the Adirondack glider and table for reading the paper with your feet up.

The Fishing Pier, Little Island Beach Park, and the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge are within walking distance to the south. The Wildlife Refuge adds an additional nine miles of natural beach, including biking and hiking trails. Access to Virginia Beach’s restaurants, theaters, boardwalk and shops is within minutes, where you can enjoy the nightlife but then escape back to the peace and tranquility of beautiful Sandbridge.
