Our year round cottage, which we affectionately call 'The Little House' (950 sq ft) is in a private off street grove of maple and pine trees and is a safe place for children to play. Less then a half mile from the ocean, it is an easy walk. The Little House has been completely renovated new kitchen, new bath fixtures, tankless hot water, new hardwood floors, completely insulated, central heat. The beds are very comfortable, with added foam padding, 1 queen bed, 3 twin beds which at the present we have as 1 twin and we combined the other 2 into a king bed. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, regular size stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker and grinder, blender. We are steps from the Sundae School ice cream parlor, pizza & sub shop, farmers market , fine dinning, antique shops, summer theater. Our 'Little House' gives us a feeling of calm and peace. In Season rent: $1,200 weekly; off season $800 weekly. 50% to reserve/balance 2 weeks prior to arrival

The cottage is inviting, tastefully decorated, super-clean, professionally updated and located in a cul-de-sac. More like a private residence than a typical rental. All you need for vacation end even more! The beach is within a walking distance, as well as ice-cream shops, restaurants and fresh food market. My husband and I stayed at the place for a week and enjoyed our days on the ocean and a BBQ on the deck in the evenings. Great for jogging, too. Plenty of activities for any taste!

Great rental!

My family stayed in July of this year. The cottage was clean and well appointed. The living area was large and comfy with a large tv. The kitchen was modern, had great appliances and the eating area was right off the kitchen. Beds were comfortable, showerhead had lots of force, not a dribble like some places we've stayed. The outdoor grill and firepit along with the outdoor seating only added to our enjoyment. A nice walk or bike ride to the beach and an ice cream parlor on one corner and pizza on the other corner, who could ask for more. The owner was easy to deal with and pleasant. Would definitely stay again if taking a trip to the Cape!

The little blue house

We stayed at this adorable house for a week with our 21 month old daughter. She loved it! The house was updated and comfortable. The kitchen was well stock with cooking utencils and a dishwasher- wonderful! We were about a 10 minute walk to the beach and three minutes to the ice cream shop. Great cape location for sightseeing.

The owners are pleasant and easy to do business with.

It was a pet free cottage, but it was apparent that the owners do have a cat. Beware if you have allergies.

Peaceful retreat

A beautiful little house in very peaceful surroundings. Just steps from everything, yet so quiet and private. The furnishings and decor are so bright and inviting - not the typical dark paneled cottage here! Very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed dining on the deck, relaxing in the hammock, and sitting by the chiminea.
