Description of the Dennisport vacation house rental
Our year round cottage, which we affectionately call 'The Little House' (950 sq ft) is in a private off street grove of maple and pine trees and is a safe place for children to play. Less then a half mile from the ocean, it is an easy walk. The Little House has been completely renovated new kitchen, new bath fixtures, tankless hot water, new hardwood floors, completely insulated, central heat. The beds are very comfortable, with added foam padding, 1 queen bed, 3 twin beds which at the present we have as 1 twin and we combined the other 2 into a king bed. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, regular size stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker and grinder, blender. We are steps from the Sundae School ice cream parlor, pizza & sub shop, farmers market , fine dinning, antique shops, summer theater. Our 'Little House' gives us a feeling of calm and peace. In Season rent: $1,200 weekly; off season $800.00weekly. 50% to reserve/balance 2 weeks prior to arrival
