Rental Rates for this vacation estate rental in New Marlborough, Massachusetts
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

With working assistant: 8000 per week.
Without working assistant: 9500 per week.
$5000 refundable security dep. required regardless of length of time booked.
Housekeeping can be arranged but is not included in rental rates.
We are looking for one rental to occupy the home for 2 or 3 weeks in summer 2008.
For now, we are open to when that might be... -
Please note: The rate may be negotiable based upon the workshop being used by an assistant. Its is a separate area of the house but someone would be there during M-F, 9-5.

Details About This Lovely Property: On the practical side, there are 6 bedrooms: the master suite with full bath (tub and shower) has a king size bed with an attached dressing room with a handy queen size bed in it for a child or those that like a little extra space. Two other guest rooms each with a full bed share a full bathroom with a tub and shower. On the lower level there are two more bedrooms both with queens beds which are near to the spa bathroom with three shower heads, steam, sauna, and separate shower. Two more 1/2 bathrooms on the main floor: one near the living room and another near the gym. There is a media room, office/library, a large, open, great room with pool table, dining table, fireplace, and even an indoor swing! All the TVs have Satellite TV hook-ups and the media room has a large screen HD/TV. The fully equipped chef's kitchen has a large eat-in breakfast area with table and magazine bar.
On the lower level you have the spa with large sauna, steam shower, the work out room with Pilates and weights, the media room with home theater, and the wall of guitars. Outside you have acres to romp in , Barlow Tyrie chairs, table, umbrella and lounge chairs, a gas grill, and an all-you-can-eat organic vegetable garden! The property is owned by a sculptor who lives there year round and is only offering it 2-3 weeks this summer. There is not a pool... yet, but stay tuned.
