This house is in a quiet subdivision five miles from Sea World San Antonio. Beautiful lot with full shade trees. Living room is large and comfortable with wood floor and a 52' HDTV with cable. Bedrooms have queen size beds, dressers and nightstands. There are ceiling fans throughout the house. Close to shopping and an easy ride to major tourist attractions with major roads and highways close by.

  • There will be 3.06% charge when using a credit card.
  • A deposit of $250.00 is required to reserve dates. This will convert to a damage deposit after check-in and is fully refunded within two weeks after check-out if there is no damage to the property or missing items and no cancellation. There is also a required cleaning fee of $75.00 per visit.

    Cancellation Fees for $250.00 Reservation Deposit:
    30 days or more prior to reservation, 100% refund.
    15-29 days prior to reservation, 50% refund.
    14 days or less prior to reservation, 0% refund.

Nice neighborhood, clean home and well stocked with towels and linens, stores nearby, and owner provided great customer service. Would rent this home again and would recommend it to family and friends. It was close to Sea World and about 35 miles or so to Natural Bridge Caverns. All in all the description of this property was right on target!
Owner's Response: It is always a pleasure to rent to tenants that take care of my house and I like to show my appreciation by going the extra mile to take care of them.

Beautiful House

The owner was very nice and the house was very clean, and well-maintained. The house is in a great area and close to everything and everywhere you would want to go. I would like to stay here the next time I am in San Antonio. This was the perfect place to stay and would recommend this property to anyone staying in San Antonio.
