A spacious 2000 sq. ft private ground level waterfront home with a 75' of protected private deep water dock. We are on a finger canal off the Gulf of Mexico & minutes to the Atlantic Ocean via Vaca Cut.. It is ideal for those who love boating or just enjoy having quiet time overlooking the water. Enjoy the new patio deck with gas grill to cook your day's catch while watching the incredible sunset.

We have recently renovated our ground level home with only two steps to the front door. We have a lot of extras for a carefree vacation; a fully equipped kitchen w/ new appliances, tile thru out, new A/C, W/D, a fish cleaning table & bait freezer.

We are also pet friendly with a grass backyard.

There are two master suites with king size beds w/ private baths. The guest room has two twin beds and a private 1/2 bath. Den has a queen futon.

Private Cabana Club Membership included with sandy beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, Olympic Pool (chilled in summer, heated in winter) hot tub, poolside tiki bar & restaurant, game room. The club is located in Key Colony Beach one mile away.

We bought our marathon home as a family vacation home. We had been vacationing in the keys every august since 1976,. Our family enjoyed it so much we wanted to spend more time there than just a 2 week vacation.

Our home is located on the Gulf of Mexico. We are minutes away from Vaca Cut & the Atlantic Ocean.

Marathon has everything you could want .- fishing, snorkeling, diving, beaches, the dolphin research center, and both fine & casual dining

As for the essentials, Publix, Walgreens, Kmart and several other shopping areas are also minutes away.

Key West is 52 miles, Islamorada is 25 miles ( Theatre of the Sea) , Miami is 90 miles.

Ft Lauderdale Airport is 2 1/2 hours and Miami Aiport is 2 1/4 hours

Other Activities: Keys is best known for its amazing fishing / diving / snorkeling / kayaking

Fantastic Vacation!! Loved the house!

The house was as spacious and beautiful as the pictures and descrption said it was. It was very clean and updated, I would definetely come back and I would recommend this property to anyone that wants a great get away. Whether you want to relax in the back yard on the water or want to go to the tiki bars and restaurants or want to sight see this place has something for everyone!!!!!

This was a wonderful house! It can accommodate a good number of people, perfect for a lengthy vacay. I rented the house for my college graduation with some buddies and found it to be spacious. The house is furnished with everything you need to feel like it's your house: restaurante guides/recommendations, fishing maps, fishing regulations, pots, pans, bait freezer, beach bikes (3), and a membership to a private club minutes from where you'll stay.

Second visit, and planning a third in the near future!

Six of us had a wonderful time here and we couldn't ask for anything more. The use of the Cabana Club is a very nice perk. The house was everthything we had in mind and the area is close to many wonderful beaches and things to do. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful week in Marathon!!!

What a great place to stay! The Middle Keys are perfect for getting around. The home was just what we needed, cool and comfortable for all six of us. The only thing we added to our stay was food and of course adult beverages, but the house need nothing more. We even had a Manatee greet us three mornings while we were having breakfast on the deck. The house is close to everything you'd want to do, snorkeling trips, fishing charters, beaches, shopping, grocery stores and of course the Cabanna Club! What a nice added feature to staying here. Key West is only 53 miles away with great views all along the way with plenty of places to stop. Find the "No Name Pub" and have seafood alfredo pizza and check out the walls and ceilings covered in dollar bills, amazing!!! Great place! Great fun!

We had a great time at your house. The manatees were in the cannel which was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked and it was excellent. We cooked a holiday turkey meal and everything was great.
I really cannot think of anything you could do to improve our stay. We had a great time and it was a perfect place to celebrate the holiday with my sister and her family.
