Description of the Marathon vacation house rental
A spacious 2000 sq. ft private waterfront home with 75' of protected deep water dock on a finger canal off the Gulf of Mexico & minutes to the Atlantic Ocean. Our home is located at Mile Marker 52.5 in Marathon.
Private Cabana Club Membership included with sandy beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, Pool (chilled in summer)(heated , hot tub, poolside tiki bar & restaurant, beach shop for sundries, snacks, and drinks. The club is in Key Colony Beach one mile away.
Our ground level family home has recently been renovated to suit the boater's life style with tile thru out. There is room for 2 boats & plenty of parking for trailers & cars. A public boat ramp is minutes away. There are 2 master suites with private baths & king size beds. The guest room has 2 twin beds & a private 1/2 bath. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer / Dryer / garage refrigerator / freezer & bait freezer.
There is a patio deck with a gas grill so you can cook your day's catch while watching the incredible sunset.

Our home is located on the Gulf of Mexico. We are minutes away from Vaca Cut & the Atlantic Ocean.

As for the essentials, the Marathon Regional Airport, Publix, Walgreens, Kmart and several other shopping areas are also minutes away.
Key West is 52 miles, Islamorada is 25 miles ( Theatre of the Sea) , Miami is 90 miles.
