Luxury Kauai Condo-3 minute walk to Number 1 beach in the US

This condo was perfect for our family of four! It was clean, very well furnished and the kitchen is stocked with everything you might need. This entire complex is beautifully landscaped and the pool and covered BBQ area were a fun place to relax and meet other guests. It is a very short walk to the beach and there is plenty of shopping and dining nearby. The owners were very responsive and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting Poipu!

My family stayed at Nihi Kai Villas for two weeks over Thanksgiving and loved it. The condo was immaculate, well stocked and perfect location. We had a garden view which was beautiful and what you imagine Hawaii should look like, Just a short walk and we were at Poipu Beach and park. Also, it was great to sit on "the wall" with so many other people to watch the sunset. And yes, we saw the green flash. The condo had great beds, great bathrooms and a large living space with a lanai to eat dinner. The condo was very well decorated and was great for our 1 year old granddaughter. Child gates were there to help with the stairs. We ate at Brenecke the first night and it was very good. Location was one of the best parts as you are really close to everything. Lihue has all the big shops about 15 minutes away.

Met the owners and they were great. We would highly recommend this condo. The price was right, the location excellent and the condo was outstanding.
