Ludington has been voted one of the top beaches in the US, providing over 8 miles of pristine sandy public beaches. The SS Badger allows visitors to cut across on a short 4 hour ride from Manitowoc, Wisconsin, as well as observe the large ferry dock each evening. The Ludington State Park is comprised of nearly 5300 acres of scenic sand dunes, ponds, marshlands, and forests. The park also boasts a canoe and kayak trail, cross-country ski trails, and 18 miles of hiking trails that include a 1.5 mile path that leads to the Big Sable Point Lighthouse. Ludington is the top fishing port on Lake Michigan with over 65 licensed charter boats. More trout and salmon are caught out of the port of Ludington each year than any other port in the state. The Waterfront Park offers a harbor walk, a bandshell for free concerts and events, a children's playground and an impressive and expanding collection of original bronze sculptures celebrating Ludington's rich heritage. This Condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Amenities include pool, hot tub, big screen TV and spectacular views. The Condo is close to town/shopping including McDonald's Bakery, groceries, restaurants, the harbor, and the beach! For those that grew up around the Carferries, you can have amazing views of the daily arrival and departure of the Badger from the condo's wonderful deck that is cookout ready. My family highly recommends this condo. The owner obviously takes pride in doing business in Ludington, and it shows in this wonderful rental.

This was our second year of staying here in a row and hopefully we can book it every year! The location is great. The condo is top notch. Fully furnished and very clean. Everything you need is in this condo! The patio outside has a grill and overlooks Lake Michigan. Couldn't be much better.

Great 4th of July Vacation!

We had a great stay at this condo with friends over the 4th of July holiday. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could possibly need. We really enjoyed the patio, it was spacious and the view of the marina was awesome. It was so nice to be able to walk to shops or dining. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of four vacationed in Ludington in July 2009, our first trip to Michigan. This condo is a "WOW". Located on the top floor, beautifully furnished with continuous large windows for a fabulous view of the marina and Lake Michigan. We had a garage parking space with enough room to store all our bikes. The location is great. We took walks along the waterfront and daily bike rides around town and relaxed in the pool and hot tub. The big fluffy towels were a perk. The kitchen was fully stocked for anyone who loves to cook. The loft bedroom was a hit with our kids. The keyless entry doors allowed access without needing to keep track (or lose) a key. Close to shopping, hiking, beach. We figured a walk to House of Flavors and back for ice cream = no calories gained! .The smaller details of this condo really sets it apart. We highly recommend staying here!

Splendid, clean, modern condo

Spacious, modern condo that has a gorgeous view of Lake Michigan and plenty of light to enjoy the beautiful scenery. My family and I had a wonderful time biking the State Park, walking around Ludington, and relaxing on the deck. Very close to the public park so it was perfect for our young children. Condo has all amenities so we were able to watch movies on the huge flat screen TV when the weather turned poor and cooked dinner each night. The deck was perfect for sunsets and the gas grill was a hit with my husband. An excellent vacation, will definitely return!
