Only a 10-foot wide grassy yard separates you from this one mile-long sandy beach. Eat all your meals with a spectacular view of the waves. Barbecue outside while watching the beach in one direction and the sunset in the other over the Webhannet River. No need to pack up the entire family and drive to the beach for the day - you're right there - enjoy it at your leisure. Off-street parking for two cars. Brand new cook's kitchen installed spring 2008. No pets, no smoking, no large parties. Visit Kennebunkport and Perkins Cove, shop in Kittery, easy drive to LLBean. Wonderful restaurants in Wells and throughout area. Great antiquing all along Route 1 for miles. Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge for nature buffs.
