Trail's End is located along the edge of an extensive multi-use trail system at the foot of the Continental Divide, minutes from the town of Nederland. The house has an open floor plan, large, sun-filled spaces and a south-facing deck in a serene forest setting. Each of its three bedrooms offers a distinctive decor with King and Queen sized beds, luxury bedding and walk-in closets. The bright, spacious kitchen/dining area is fully equipped and functional. With its close proximity to Nederland, Boulder, Denver, as well as plenty of recreation, tranquility and true mountain wilderness, Home at Trail's End is an ideal location for retreats, wedding groups and family vacations.

Nederland is on the famous Peak to Peak Scenic Highway, along the Indian Peaks Wilderness Area, at the foot of the Continental Divide. An active mountain town, you'll find activities like hiking, skiing at the Eldora Ski Resort, fishing, mountain climbing, horseback riding, music and arts festivals, the famous Frozen Dead Guy Days celebration and more. Nederland is a 25 minute drive to Boulder, 40 minutes to Estes Park.

- The Master Suite has a King Sized bed and a futon. It also has a full bath with two showers and two sinks, as well as its own private indoor balcony/reading area. It also has a TV for viewing of DVDs and video tapes, no satellite. The Canopy Bedroom has a Queen Sized canopy bed and a sliding door to the rear deck. The Sleigh Bedroom has a Queen Sized bed and a Queen Sized sofa pull-out. There is a portable crib in this room as well as a high chair and children's toys and movies. This room also has a TV/DVD/video and is connected to the satellite.
