Aldea Del Mar, Villa Mimosa and Villa Jacaranda are identical in layout, furnishings and facilities. They can be let as a single or double unit (subject to availability). Both Villas have 3 bedrooms each with multi-speed silent ceiling fans, 3 bathrooms (all en-suite) with dressing area, fully fitted modern kitchen (with oven, hob, microwave, extractor, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juicer etc), large lounge and dining area with seating for 6, basic satellite television/DVD Player/Hi Fi and portable CD Cassette Radio Player. There is a utility room with a washing machine which leads to an outside patio/clothes drying area. At the front of the property there is an upper patio with built in Barbecue, table and seating for 6. This leads to a lower patio with solar heated roman entry swimming pool (1 pool per villa), a solar heated shower, sun beds for 4 and a further patio table and 6 chairs. There are shutters and mosquito netting on each door and window (except utility).
Design of the Villas: Villas Mimosa and Jacaranda were designed with holiday luxury in mind. Three spacious bedrooms each with their own en-suites, which in themselves allow you to choose if you have a shower or a bath.
As they were designed with holiday luxury in mind they are furnished with quality, modern yet comfortable furnishings and furniture. The finishing touches make these Villas so special: Solar heated shower by the pool, south west facing patios allowing sunshine all day long, views of the sea and on clear days of Fuerteventura, silent high speed ceiling fans, comfortable leather sofas, flat screen TV and storage cupboards for your luggage to name but a few!
Booking Conditions: The villas can also be rented on a one or two bedroom basis, please contact us for further details and discounts.
A security booking of 200 Pounds is required at the time of booking. This is refunded after the holiday, when the key is returned safely and after we are sure that no intentional damage has occurred at the property. The full rental is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
NB: WE ACCEPT PAYMENT BY PAYPAL, subject to a 3.4% service charge.

A late availability discount can be offered, subject to availability 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Property Access: Property access on the day of arrival is after 15.00 hrs and departure is expected at 10.00 hrs to allow for the preparation of the villa for the next guests.
Depending on villa occupancy we may be able to assist with allowing a later departure or if not storage of your luggage until it is time to depart. In either instance you are asked to request information during your stay as we are unable to confirm any agreements prior to arrivals due to late bookings.
In any instance if we are able to assist we will do so.
