Oceanside Village is a small, quiet complex with outstanding ocean views and a large pool. The Master suite has a King-size bed with its own private ocean view balcony and updated bathroom. This beautifully decorated townhouse has a second bedroom with private bath and tub, two double beds, plenty of storage and closets. Also, there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. 2.5 baths, a well equipped kitchen, spacious dining room. The large living room offers space for everyone to watch HDTV, wireless internet, play games or read a book. A beautiful patio is located off the living room. There is a garage, washer&dryer.

Housekeeping: Please help keep areas clean. No accumulation of laundry should be left in the unit upon departure.

Housekeeping service includes NO MORE than 2 loads of laundry. Any additional laundry will be charged against your security deposit. Housekeeping does not do dishes. All dishes must be cleaned before departure.

Dishes may be left clean/running in the dishwasher. Failure to leave unit in neat and orderly condition will result

in the forfeiture of the security deposit. Please remove ALL trash from the unit when you depart. THANK YOU.

BEACH: Our Oceanside townhome is located on the NO Drive part of New Smyrna Beach. The beach is beautiful. We have provided beach towels, cooler, tent as well beach chairs and floats etc. Bring you bathing suit and ENJOY!!!!!

My husband & I were planning a trip for the month of March 2013 at Laurel & familys beautiful condo. We have been going to New Smyrna Beach for the past 6 yrs. Our plans this time was to rent a larger unit to accomodate a close friend. The rental process went very well & Laurel provided all the details needed for their vacation home. Unfortunately a very expensive home repair took place and we had to cancel our trip. We sent a note to Laural and within 1 wk we had a phone call and our deposit check returned. We sincerely look forward to a vacation at their place on the ocean in the near future. Laurel is a classy lady and very easy to work with. Thank you Laurel. Bob and Carolyn from MA

GREAT PLACE!!!

Laurel and family have a beautiful,well kept condo. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week stay there. The view is gorgeous,looking right on the ocean.We didn't have to bring anything, except our clothes and ourselves. It was everything we were looking for in a rental. If we can, we'll be back next year. Thanks Laurel!

Who knew vacationing close to home could be so enjoyable and easy!! This condo not only has very accomodating owners, but is spacious, clean, and has almost anything you can think of needing while on a beach stay. The location is fabulous with wonderful "Mom and Pop" places to dine and interesting shops in the Downtown Arts District. We also enjoyed talking with the local residents......'cannot wait until our next getaway! Thank you for a great vacation.

Hands down it was the bet vacation my family has ever taken. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was very kid freindly. The veiw was spectacular and anything we needed was at a beach walks distance. We will definatley stay ther again. Thank you for allowing us the oportunity to enjoy your home.

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my wife and 5 kids. We fit comfortably in the condo. We could hear the surf from our bedroom. There were some beach toys and boogie boards in the garage, and there were a million towels (5 kids go through a lot of towels). The beach and pool were less than 100 yards walk.
The owner was pleasant and easy to work with. I would definitely rent this condo again.
