Luxury ranch house condo, on a private beach on Paugus Bay, 300 yards from Weirs Beach. Condo is next to world-famous Naswa Resort. Condo is top floor of a ranch house and features 3 bedrooms, all with TV/DVD. Living room has big screen TV, DVD player and L-shaped leather sofa recliner. Kitchen and dining room have beautiful cherry hardwood flooring. Gourmet kitchen has cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, and full compliment of stainless steel appliances. Central Air Conditioning. Washer and dryer in laundry room. Private 42' long deck overlooking private beach and Paugus Bay, has spectacular sunsets and barbecue grill. Located 18 miles from NH Int. Speedway, 3 miles from Meadowbrook, 8 miles from Gunstock Mt. All of the following are within 5 minute walking distance: boat & jet ski rentals, outdoor music, fireworks, beach bars, gourmet restaurants, 2 water parks, miniature golf, arcades, scenic train rides, go-cart track, batting cages & the Mount Washington Boat Cruise Ship.
