This comfortable and relaxing two bedroom, two bath condo with HIGH-SPEED WiFi INTERNET and cable TV is ideally situated just a half block from the beautiful gulf beaches and from the main entertainment center featuring some of the best dining on the island. Our recently remodeled ground floor condo has direct access to the heated pool and comes with a complete kitchen including granite counter tops, microwave, toaster and a blender for your tropical margaritas. The kitchen includes everything you'd expect for a comfortable stay, including a washer and dryer, dishwasher and good pots and pans. The unit has new tile floors and all furnishings are designed with comfort in mind. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large closet, dresser & TV, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed & dresser with mirror as well a walk-in closet. There are 2 TVs, a DVD player, & 'boom-box' with a CD player. Secure wireless high-speed Internet is available in the condo, but we do not have a telephone.

All the comforts of home: This is our home for 4-5 months of the year. It is, therefore, kept up and is furnished to our liking. We make improvements each year when we are here. We have renovated the kitchen area and installed granite counter tops as well as opening up the area between the living room and kitchen. New tile floors through out have added to the comfort of the condo.

We also updated both bathrooms by adding new sinks and vanities and installing walk-in tile showers in both bathrooms.

We really love our condo, and hope you do too. Sorry, NO PETS and NO SMOKING IN THE CONDO!

Centrally located, ground floor: This relaxing ground floor condo is located 1/2 block from the beach and 1 block from the Entertainment District featuring popular nightlife, entertainment, and some of the best dining on the island. We are within easy walking distance of the grovery store, drug store, and bus stops for the Free Bus Service.

We provide 2 parking spaces--one under cover. This means you never have to find a parking spot to go to the beach. We are an easy walk to the beach and back to the condo for a snack, lunch or a dip in the heated pool.

About Jackie Boyer

We live in the beautiful northwoods of Wisconsin in the summer months and throughly enjoy our escape from the cold to our condo in the cold winter months. This is where we live for 4-5 months of the year and it is furnished for comfort. We love our condo and hope you enjoy all of the creature comforts it has.

Why Jackie Boyer chose South Padre Island

We really love the location of our condo. It is a short walk to the beach or to dinner if you don't feel like cooking. The grocery store and the drug store are both only 5 or 6 blocks away. The pool is right outside the back door and is heated when the weather is cool. It is the perfect size and has a complete kitchen with everything you need to cook a delicious dinner for your family or guests. We also love the fact that we do not have to haul our groceries or suitcases up a flight of stairs. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy life.

What makes this condo unique

My perfect place to relax is either in the pool or sitting on the pool deck with a good book and a cool drink. What more could anyone ask? Of course, I do manage to get in a great walk on the beach before my swim and relaxation by the pool.

Like a home away from home!!

I was a little bit skeptical initially before renting this unit cause I didn't get anything on the beach for the decent price. This unit is very close to the beach and Jacki who is an owner of this make sure that everything what a family need is there. This has one King bed in Master bedroom and queen bedroom which are very comfortable mattress I have ever found in any of the vacation rental so far.The beach is 2 min walk from the unit.The pool behind the unit is very nice. I wish if they could keep beach chair and umbrella also there will be an add on. I think this is one of the best unit for the price I paid. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who want to visit SPI and want to stay close from beach and market place. Also all the restaurants are very close by just across the street.

Rejuvenated!

Have been staying out on SPI for a couple of years now in the summer and have NOW found the place to return to for our annual stay! It was well maintained and had everything you could need in the kitchen as if you were at home :) The location is close to the local grocery store and restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Loved the pool right outside the back deck. The condo was very clean and had all the comforts of home. We are hoping to return next summer!

This condo is GREAT!

I stayed at the condo in June 2014 with 3 other adults. The condo was exactly what we were expecting...and more! It was super comfortable, clean, and spacious. It looks much better in person than in the pictures. It also had a flat screen TV in the living room, which was different from the pictures. We loved the fact that the private pool was right outside the condo's back door, where there was also a small patio and lounge chairs...perfect for some relaxation! The condo was also perfectly located. We were literally right around the corner from the beach and within walking distance from restaurants, water sports, bars, etc. We had a car, but we didn't need it for majority of the trip. There were also fireworks every night that we could see from the condo...we could also walk to where they had the show, which is what we did one night. The owner of the condo, Jackie, is great and provided a binder full of helpful information, including places to go/eat near the area. The manager of the property, Sandy, was also very nice and helpful. Overall, we had a GREAT stay and would definitely stay at this condo again as well as recommend it to anyone!

We had to stay there again! PERFECT!

We stayed here last year for Memorial weekend and knew we would rent this place again. It's perfect! The pool is literately 5 steps from the back door. The beach is about a 5 minute walk, although I do suggest you use a different beach access. The one that is the closest, is not very easy to walk to through there. It's a "tiring hike" especially when you have stuff to carry and the sand is HOT. We walked to the following beach access, which isn't much farther, and that one was very easy to get through. Another plus is the fireworks display, which you can see from the parking lot. Also,the place is equipped with everything you could possibly need, cooking ware, spices, etc. so it felt good not to have to bring all those things from home. The place is very well kept, clean and very comfy. We will definitely be back again!

Incredible stay in "Paradise"

When we decided to spend my husband Jeff's 50th birthday somewhere special, I was thrilled when he chose S Padre Island as an option! Inviting our friends to share the long weekend with us would make our trip even better!

Upon researching we found that coming during "peak season" instead of "off season" was considerably higher and looked for alternatives. Friends who travel mentioned checking rentals in the community and I proceeded along that path! The owner Jackie was the first to reach out to us and after a few minutes on the phone with her and seeing photos of the property I KNEW it was where we would stay! We were approached by MANY many others, but felt totally comfortable and confident that securing this condo was the right decision. It was an easy process from there.

From the moment we picked up the keys, till we closed the door to leave..., all expectations had not only been met but exceeded beyond out expectations! The condo was immaculate, spacious, a very short (1 minute) walking distance to the beach and incredible restaurants and gift shops all around! The pool was quiet and perfect for my morning lap swims and having the laundry room available was easy for us! Covered parking felt safe and we never heard a peep from anyone!

The bedrooms and bathrooms were most comfortable and everything we needed and more was at our fingertips! Even down to a floppy brim hat for our walks was right there!

We dined at many local eateries and the sunset catamaran ride to see the fireworks was grand! The turtle pavilion was incredible and a fav for my husband! Never disappointed!

Hiking to the top of the light house was perfect but next time we will go earlier in the day! VERY HOT AT THE TOP in the late afternoon but worth it!

Bobz World was a shell adventure on steroids and meeting and touring with Bob and his lovely wife completed our trip!

The drive down the highway to the end of the road (a short but worth while ride) highly recommended!!! 2 days in a row had the beach 100% all to ourselves and the sea shelling was incredible! Had to get another bag to bring back all the perfect shells we collected!

Thank you again for making my husbands big "50" most special to us! And our dear friends... We will refer you to others and plan to return again... Lisa Lovejoy and Jeff Smith

This comfortable ground floor condo is perfect for just about anything you plan to do on the Island. We are just a short walk to the beach. The heated pool is right outside the door. Restaurants, shops and entertainment are all within walking distance and the free bus stops are 1/2 block away. We are located approximate 1.2 miles north of the bridge.
