This comfortable and relaxing two bedroom, two bath condo is ideally situated just a block from the beautiful gulf beaches and from the main entertainment center featuring some of the best dining on the island. Our recently remodeled ground floor condo has direct access to the pool and comes with a complete kitchen including microwave and blender for your tropical margaritas. The kitchen includes everything you'd expect for a comfortable stay, including a washer and dryer, dishwasher and good pots and pans. The unit has tile floors and all furnishings are designed with comfort in mind. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large closet and dresser, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a walk-in closet. There are 3 TVs, a VCR player, a VCR/DVD player, 'boom-box' with a CD player. A high-speed Internet connection is available.

The location of this condo is perfect for just about anything you plan to do on the Island. We are just a short walk to the beach. The pool is right outside the door. Restaurants, shops and entertainment are all within walking distance and the free bus stops 1/2 block away. We are located approximate 1 1/2 miles north of the bridge.

Wonderful vacation experience

My husband, myself and my two small children rented this condo from 7/17/09 - 7/24/09. This condo was exactly like we expected it to be. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. The pool is only a few steps from the back door! The location is awesome and because of it's central location, we could walk to the beach, a restaurant or to the grocery store in minutes! The manager of the property was very nice and the owner was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again if we travel to South Padre in the future. I would not recommend staying in a hotel if vacationing in this area. The only negative thing I could comment on would be the parking. Love the fact that there is covered parking for every guest and even an additional parking spot as well. The only drawback is that the 2nd parking spot is not assigned and the parking area is a tight fit. When someone parked in the spot directly behind ours it was very difficult to get our mid-sized SUV in & out of the parking spot. Not a deal-breaker though, next time we will probably just catch a ride on the free bus if we want to go further down the island!

Wonderful Experience!!

My husband and I spent Memorial weekend at this Condo this past weekend (May 08) and had a wonderful experience! The Condo was everything it advertised to be. We were able to walk effortlessly to the beach everyday..walked to fine dining and clubs, and enjoyed wonderful swims in the pool located just out the back door!! (Off its very own patio) We loved the condo being so centrally located!! We were even just blocks from a grocery store!! We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms..the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities (pots, pans, even spices!!) for cooking and the washer and dryer came in handy!! We are already looking forward to another trip and we will definitely be staying at THIS CONDO!! it has all the convienences of home!! John and Lizette from Fort Worth, Texas
