Within walking distance to beach and land bank properties for walking trails fishing and kayaking (kayaks included).This home has three levels, the top floor has three bedrooms, two double beds and two twin beds.

The middle floor has a one double bedroom, kitchen with breakfast nook, dining room and living room. The bottom floor has washer & dryer another double bedroom and a seprate room with a ping pong table, double doors that walk out to a ground level patio. Off the kitchen is a great deck for family outings with grill and an outside steamer for cooking shellfish,

lobsters or your catch of the day. Pets may be considered but must be approved by the owner and disclosed prior to booking there is a $75.00 refundable deposit for pets.

The Vineyard is truly a great place to vacation. There is everything from swimming, kayaking, walking trails, natural history lots of restaurants or just walking through the town of Vineyard Haven on a summer night . The shops are unique. Lambert's Cove is out of town and one of the most desirable places on the island, the house is right off of Lambert's Cove road surrounded by lush plantings and trees, it is truly equipped with everything you could want for your vacation !!
