This beautiful lakefront home has everything you need for your summer fun. Enjoy beautiful views of the lake from the panoramic windows of the great room or outdoors from the expansive sundeck overlooking the quiet cove. This is a great spot for water sports complete with a private dock for your boat and other water toys. Great fishing right off the dock, and swimming on your private beach. The third bedroom is a large recreation room/den which sleeps six, and is complete with a billiards table and bar for hours of entertaining. A fully-equipped kitchen including two ovens plus microwave and abundant counter space opens into the dining room and living room, with its vaulted ceilings, fireplace, and wall of windows overlooking the spacious sundeck patio and lake.

We have been renting at Clear Lake for the last 39 years and this home by far was the nicest. We were 6 adults, a baby and a beagle and I don't know who had more fun, probably the beagle. Seriously, a great house with all amenities, awesome location, quiet, quiet, quiet and an incredible patio. Patricia and Greg are easy and pleasant to work with and really seem to care that you have a great vacation experience. And we did!!! Thank you.

We were so happy with this house that the day we came home we were already checking availability for our next trip there. Our daughter caught a 10 pound bass right outside at the dock. It was so nice to have everything we needed for the weekend right at our fingertips. The owners are super nice and easy to deal with. Things couldn't have been any easier!! What a relaxing place to be. Our only complaint was that we wanted to stay there longer. Our daughter wants to go back to celebrate her 13th birthday there soon.

We stayed here in June of 2008 and had a wonderful time. The home was very clean, well layed out and very comfortable. The deck was absolutely gorgeous....like being at a 5 star hotel. The homes location is very private, you really can't see the neighbors, which is nice. Large kitchen, dining room and pool table all made this home very easy to bring a lot of people without stepping all over each other. The only negative I would post would be the back bedroom's mattress .... it was old and I wouldn't recommend it for more than 1 person (my 19 year old son slept on it just fine however....). I highly recommend this house. The owners were easy and great to work with as well.

Wow, what a great place to vacation and enjoy the lake. Greg and Patricia are very helpful nice people, we had 3 adults 4 teens and plenty of room, the pool table was a BIG hit after a day in the lake. The house is spacious with all the comforts of home, it's like having a vacation home without the property tax. The fishing is great right off the dock and the kids loved catching lizards and feeding the ducks. I really can't say enough about this home, we will definitely plan another vacation here. Oh, I almost forgot our dog loved it so much I had a hard time getting her in the car to go home. Thank you Greg and Patricia for providing my family with such wonderful memories.

Our family stayed in this nice lake home in June 2007. The house was everything as "advertised". Quite clean, right on the water, good dock, very enjoyable. Also, it was a pleasure dealing with the owners.
